2. Accepting these Terms
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our books are made for children, but orders must be placed by an adult.
3. Our products
We sell children's educational books. We try to show our products, colors and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may show colors slightly differently. Product details, page counts and illustrations may be updated over time. We may stop selling any product at any time and may limit order quantities.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your cart. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full. Orders are for personal use, not for resale.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website. Prices and offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free) can change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and are paid by you. Payments are handled securely by our payment processors. By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you choose. Charges will appear on your statement under our business name.
6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier, unless the law in your country says otherwise. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 30-day guarantee. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@primenaturals.store so we can fix it quickly.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our books, including text, illustrations, images, logos, videos and the Prime Naturals name, belongs to KD Commerce LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or share it without our written permission. Buying a book lets you use and enjoy that book; it does not give you any rights to copy its content.
9. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, comment or idea, you allow us to use, copy, publish and display it, including in our marketing, without payment to you. Reviews must be honest and must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any review that breaks these rules.
10. Rules for using our website
You must not use our website to break any law, copy or scrape our content, send spam or harmful code, pretend to be someone else, or interfere with how the website works. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
11. Third-party services and links
Our website is hosted on Shopify and may link to other websites or use tools provided by other companies, such as shipping-tracking tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your sales contract is with KD Commerce LLC, not with Shopify.

Our books are educational and for general information only. Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, our website and products are provided "as is", without other promises or warranties of any kind.
13. Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, KD Commerce LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss greater than the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) we face because you broke these Terms or the law while using our website.
15. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs, severe weather, strikes, or internet outages.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms removes your legal rights as a consumer.
17. Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another company. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
